Warranty Policy

Every refurbished and pre-owned item comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise at the point of sale.

What's covered

• Mechanical or electrical faults that occur under normal use
• Functional defects that were not present or disclosed at the time of sale

What we'll do

We'll inspect the item and repair it at no cost to you. If repair isn't practical, we'll replace it like-for-like; if that's not possible, you'll receive a full refund. Return postage for warranty claims is covered by us once eligibility is confirmed.

Not covered

• Damage from misuse, neglect, impact, liquid, modification or unauthorised repair
• Software corruption, viruses or incompatible accessories
• Cosmetic wear after delivery, and consumables (batteries, styluses, cables, packaging)

Making a claim

Email help@rebootique.co.uk or call 0161 825 0087 with your order number and a description of the fault. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
