We’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions about Rebootique, our products, delivery, and returns.

1. Who are Rebootique?

Rebootique Ltd is a UK-based retailer specialising in the buying, refurbishment, and resale of quality pre-owned electronics and gaming products.
We’re based in Greater Manchester and focus on providing reliable, fairly priced tech with proper aftercare.


2. What condition are your products in?

All items sold directly through our website are graded “Good” condition or better.
Each product has been carefully tested, cleaned, and verified to meet our in-house quality standards.

Products that fall below this standard (for example, “Fair” or “Heavily Used”) are sold separately via our Rebootique Outlet pages on Vinted and eBay.
This ensures that every product on our main site represents excellent value and dependable quality.


3. Do your items come with a warranty?

Yes. Every item purchased through our website comes with a 6-month warranty as standard.
If a fault develops within that period, we’ll repair or replace the item wherever possible.
If neither is possible, we’ll issue a full refund.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK consumer law.
The item must be in the same condition as received and include all original accessories and packaging.
Return postage costs are paid by the customer, and we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

5. What happens if I send the wrong item back?

If you accidentally send back the wrong or unrelated item, no refund will be issued.
We will hold the item for 14 days and contact you to arrange return postage.
If postage is not paid within that period, the item may be responsibly disposed of.


6. How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail Tracked services:

  • Tracked 48 (Standard) – typically arrives in 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Tracked 24 (Express) – available as an upgrade at checkout; any additional cost is paid by the customer.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.


7. Do you deliver outside the UK?

At present, Rebootique Ltd delivers within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international delivery.


8. Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to be faulty and covered under warranty.
All returns must be sent via a tracked postal service, ideally Royal Mail Tracked 48, for proof of delivery.


9. How are refunds issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
Please allow 5–7 working days for processing and a further few days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.


10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rebootique.co.uk, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


11. How do I sell my tech to Rebootique?

You can sell your tech to us through our Sell Your Tech page.
Simply request a quick quote, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Once we’ve received and tested your item, we’ll confirm the valuation and issue payment promptly.


12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal.
All transactions are processed securely and encrypted for your safety.
