Rebootique Ltd is a UK-based retailer in Greater Manchester specialising in buying, refurbishing and reselling quality pre-owned electronics and gaming products.
What condition are your products in?
Everything sold on our website is graded Good or better, carefully tested, cleaned and verified. Items below that standard are sold separately through our Rebootique Outlet on Vinted and eBay.
Do your items come with a warranty?
Yes. Every item comes with a 6-month warranty as standard. If a fault develops, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if neither is possible.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition and with all original accessories and packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (same day before 2pm when possible). Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch, Tracked 24 the next working day.
Can I collect from an InPost locker or Evri ParcelShop?
Yes – choose InPost Locker or Evri ParcelShop in your basket, enter your postcode and pick the one nearest you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, processed securely by Stripe.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment – we deliver to UK addresses only.
How are refunds issued?
To your original payment method once we've received and inspected the item. Please allow 5–7 working days, plus a few days for your bank.
Can I sell you my old tech?
Yes – we buy phones, consoles, games, tablets and cameras in any condition. Use our Sell to us form for a free quote within 24 hours.
