When you purchase electronics from Rebootique (via our website or eBay), you have full consumer rights under UK law:

14-Day Cancellation Right

  • Cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason
  • Return items within 14 days of cancellation notice
  • Full refund including standard delivery costs
  • You pay return shipping costs unless item is faulty

Faulty Items

  • First 30 days: Full refund right (short-term right to reject) - no need to accept repair/replacement first
  • First 6 months: Right to repair or replacement. If unsuccessful, right to price reduction or full refund. Legal presumption fault was present at purchase
  • Up to 6 years (5 in Scotland): Right to repair, replacement, or partial refund, but you must prove fault was present at time of purchase

Item Condition for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition where possible
